Description

  • Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Serve as the escalation point for advanced user requests and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple Salesforce instances.
  • Maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and Salesforce support processes.
  • Perform data audits and investigations to improve firmographic information and fix data issues according to SOPs and data policies.
  • Monitor Salesforce case queues and help meet SLAs.
  • Oversee synchronization between Salesforce and ERP/Billing systems to support the order-to-cash process.
  • Document implementation changes, data quality standards, data requirements, and rules for legacy and new environments.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve automation and operational efficiency.
  • Support UAT and deployments and develop training materials for end users.
  • Monitor system usage and adoption and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud).
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
  • Demonstrable experience performing data quality analysis within complex, federated system architectures.
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations and a basic understanding of data providers such as ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to evaluate data risks, troubleshoot integrated system issues, and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Admin is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Heroku, or Python for data pipelining is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Tableau CRM (CRM Analytics) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Flow, SOQL, and advanced Salesforce automation is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages applicable to the NAMER region is a plus.
  • This role is remote and based in India.
  • Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.
