Description

  • Manage and expand key customer accounts across high-growth technology, logistics, and fintech companies.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner with Twilio teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Work on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services stakeholders.
  • Run disciplined forecasting and present guidance to executive management.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with large customers through deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Build deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, and operations.
  • Protect and grow Twilio’s communications business across assigned customers.

Requirements

  • More than 12 years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales managing quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Experience in relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfort working with business and highly technical leaders and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical account development strategy grounded in data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Proven ability to develop, grow, and deliver revenue and gross profit results, especially for large-scale enterprise customers in Asia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Cross-selling experience to Marketing, Engineering, and Product is preferred.
  • Telco, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience is preferred.
  • Role must be based remotely in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney, Australia.
