Description

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for health plan and program partners and manage day-to-day relationship maintenance.
  • Coordinate regular partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews, including preparing and presenting performance materials.
  • Track partner commitments, open items, and follow-ups, and proactively flag risks to drive resolution across internal teams.
  • Manage onboarding workflows for new partners and coordinate across clinical, product, and operations to support smooth program launches.
  • Maintain organized partner documentation, including program configurations, contact records, and escalation histories.
  • Own the production, packaging, and presentation of recurring and ad hoc partner-facing reports on engagement, utilization, retention, and outcomes.
  • Partner with Strategy/Analytics on metric definitions and support analysis of partner performance data.
  • Surface insights on what is working and what needs attention across the partner portfolio and share them proactively with partners.
  • Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports that give partners confidence in program performance.
  • Support internal reporting that informs clinical operations and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, client operations, or healthcare program administration.
  • Experience working in healthcare; an MPH or other health degree is very helpful.
  • Comfort working with data and translating metrics and analysis into a clear, accurate narrative for a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business value to sophisticated stakeholders; direct healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong program management instincts with the ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams across product, clinical, marketing, and analytics.
  • Comfort reading and operating against contracts and SOWs, including understanding promised deliverables and metric definitions.
  • Confident, clear communication skills in writing, visual presentations, and live calls.
  • Highly organized and reliable in a remote environment with strong follow-through and follow-up management.
  • Energized by a mission focused on maternal and perinatal health.
