Description

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and product catalog design in Zuora Billing for subscription, billing, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Zuora Billing solutions.
  • Drive advanced Zuora configurations, including workflows, billing rules, rating logic, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Build and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce, payment gateways, tax engines, and data platforms.
  • Own production support activities, including incident management, root cause analysis, change management, and release management.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through hypercare.
  • Conduct design workshops and cross-functional requirement sessions with business and finance stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical governance and documentation.
  • Manage financial close, reconciliations, and operational support activities for KLO stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute system conversions and implementations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product management, and pricing management.
  • Experience with integrations between Zuora and Salesforce, Oracle ERP, banks, payment gateways, and Avalara tax.
  • Expertise in the Zuora platform, including objects, custom events, and Zuora workflows.
  • Experience developing and executing system conversions and implementations.
  • Good understanding of customer aging, AR-to-GL reconciliation, and month-end processes.
  • Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
  • B.Tech or MBA degree.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage overlapping deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring team members and leading design discussions (preferred).
  • Zuora Billing Solution Lead experience (desired).
