Description

  • Prospect, solution-sell, and close new business opportunities across the full Twilio platform.
  • Own new customer acquisition and quota attainment for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).
  • Run highly analytical, consultative sales cycles that move customers beyond transactional vendor relationships.
  • Build trusted relationships across enterprise accounts, including C-suite stakeholders, to drive sustained growth.
  • Understand customer business and technical requirements and partner with Specialist Sales on complex deals.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists to develop new solutions and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Work with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations to design contracts that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously while maintaining performance amid shifting priorities.
  • Develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to product and carrier relations teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 12 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years managing or leading highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or data platforms in strategic, consultative sales motions.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and a total account relationship strategy.
  • Proven ability to conduct deep discovery and translate customer pain points into integrated SaaS and API solutions.
  • Comfort working with both business and highly technical leaders and influencing their view of data and AI value.
  • Demonstrated experience building analytical account strategies using data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Experience delivering market-driven results for scale and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Preferred: deep experience in CPaaS, data platforms, or global communications platforms.
  • Preferred: domain expertise in quantitative industries such as retail, eCommerce, DevOps, fintech, insurance, advertising optimization, banking, or security.
  • Preferred: software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience.
