Description

  • Identify and qualify new prospects from a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches that communicate PadSplit’s financial and social impact.
  • Host group presentations and webinars for real estate investors.
  • Maintain accurate deal flow and follow-up activity in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless partner experience.
  • Share customer insights to help refine sales strategy and influence product development.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consultative B2B inside sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting and outreach.
  • Experience managing accurate data and workflow in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong ability to engage, educate, and influence small to mid-market clients.
  • Confident speaking and presenting over video to groups or individuals.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate and housing innovation.
  • Alignment with PadSplit’s values, including compassionate directness, integrity, optimism, curiosity, empathy, and a strong work ethic.
  • Background in real estate investment is preferred.
  • Prior success in an early-stage startup sales role is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote work from anywhere in South America.
  • Base salary range of $20,000-$30,000 USD per year.
  • Variable commission structure with $25 per room expansion.
  • On-target variable commission of 480 rooms per year, or $12,000 in variable compensation.
  • Total annual compensation range of $20,000-$42,000 USD depending on performance and experience.
