Description

  • Lead and optimize onboarding and activation marketing programs that drive account expansion and strengthen the Twilio brand.
  • Design and execute AI-driven, data-informed campaigns that personalize engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Coordinate omnichannel campaigns across email, website, Twilio Console, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to align automated nurtures with broader growth initiatives and cross-promotion efforts.
  • Identify high-impact lifecycle moments to surface upsell and promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze customer responses and sentiment to inform messaging, timing, and channel experiments.
  • Design and run experiments to test and improve onboarding and activation strategies.
  • Partner with Analytics to build data-driven programs using Twilio Segment and other tools.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategy to maximize expansion outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience, with a focus on onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and program management in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfort using AI to support execution across the campaign production process.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Twilio Segment or reverse ETL platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel campaigns triggered by customer behavior and data signals.
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Strong copywriting ability and familiarity with behavioral and psychological principles to drive engagement and conversion is preferred.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance data, building pivot tables, and uncovering actionable insights.
  • Ability to independently analyze data, surface insights, and identify next actions.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-team projects with precision and clarity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Prior growth marketing or lifecycle experience in a SaaS environment, preferably B2C, is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, and Looker or Tableau is preferred.
  • Technical background with the ability to self-serve analytics and understand KPIs and experiment reports is preferred.
  • Experience with Sendgrid or a similar subscription-based platform is a plus.
  • Remote role based in Ontario.
