Description

  • Host live Zoom Drop-In Sessions with multiple founders, providing tactical, real-time guidance and rapid business diagnosis.
  • Keep sessions structured and outcome-driven so every client leaves with clear decisions, priorities, and next steps.
  • Act as a principal advisor on offer, niche, positioning, and go-to-market strategy to help founders choose and commit to one primary acquisition method.
  • Challenge assumptions, reframe thinking, reset expectations, and balance directness with trust to guide founder decision-making.
  • Review and troubleshoot cold email and outbound systems live, including copy, targeting, volume, and sequencing, and explain trade-offs.
  • Translate strategy into 30–90 day execution plans tied to revenue outcomes and convert strategy into weekly execution priorities.
  • Set clear boundaries on client vs. platform/team responsibilities and reinforce accountability without micromanagement.
  • Manage multiple clients within a single session, capture decisions and blockers, and hand off clear notes to internal teams to reduce friction and rework.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years building, running, or advising agencies or service businesses.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) is required.
  • Direct experience closing deals yourself (not only managing sales teams).
  • Deep familiarity with cold email/outbound as a primary growth channel.
  • Strong consultative communication and ability to challenge clients while maintaining trust.
  • High executive presence on video calls and comfort with screensharing and live reviews of funnels, websites, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Experience coaching founders or leading peer-style sessions (preferred).
  • Former agency owner, co-founder, or senior consultant background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and experience working with North American clients is a plus.
