Description

  • Own and maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly status updates for active sales plays.
  • Surface blockers, milestones, and progress to program leads and senior stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional syncs across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Operations.
  • Follow up on action items and keep multiple work streams aligned throughout the play lifecycle.
  • Draft, organize, and maintain play briefs, playbooks, and process documents.
  • Translate strategy discussions and stakeholder inputs into clear written assets for sales teams.
  • Pull and analyze data to evaluate sales play performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare concise summaries and visualizations to support go/no-go decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the design and scoping of new sales plays through research on customer segments, competitive positioning, and product alignment.
  • Partner with Enablement to build training materials, talk tracks, and resources for the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to draw insights and tell a clear story.
  • Self-starter who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets or Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Metrics-driven and able to leverage data insights to inform decisions.
  • Curious and proactive in identifying solutions to problems or inefficiencies through analysis and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira (preferred).
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft (preferred).
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, strategy, or operations, including student-run or extracurricular experience (preferred).
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, cloud communications, or technology sales environments (preferred).
