Description

  • Support Account Executives and Account Managers in day-to-day deal execution.
  • Build quotes and contracts, including product bundling and multi-year ramp deals.
  • Review redlines and help execute contracts.
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms and ensure required stakeholder approvals.
  • Enforce discounting, revenue recognition, and legal liability guardrails.
  • Work with sales enablement to train representatives on Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad.
  • Identify friction points in the sales cycle and implement automation or workflow improvements.
  • Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes.
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and finance on deal exceptions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in deal desk or contract management in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools, and contract management systems such as Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to push back in challenging situations.
  • Experience working in a deal desk role for a SaaS company (ideal candidate profile).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $67,000 to $84,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
