Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
  • Handle inbound calls and web inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Re-engage past customers and follow up on unsold opportunities.
  • Convert one-time customers into maintenance plans when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong close rates through consistent follow-up.
  • Build trust quickly with homeowners using a consultative sales approach.
  • Accurately track pipeline activity and communication in the CRM.
  • Manage speed-to-lead and overall pipeline discipline.
  • Work with existing customer follow-up campaigns to drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with clients and represent a premium brand.
  • Consultative selling experience with confidence handling higher-end homeowners.
  • High sense of urgency, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with high lead volume.
  • Self-managed and accountable in a remote work environment.
  • Strong ownership mentality and professional demeanor.
  • Experience in home services or similar remotely sold services preferred.
  • CRM experience with tools such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce preferred.
