Description

  • Use telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact members and schedule clinical assessment visits.
  • Explain Tuesday Health’s services, answer questions, and overcome member objections.
  • Connect members to services that address their needs during initial outreach.
  • Provide ongoing telephonic customer service to members and their caregivers.
  • Develop creative approaches to improve member contact and outreach success.
  • Track member enrollment and participation performance and work toward engagement targets.
  • Use reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Follow Tuesday Health’s information security and privacy requirements.
  • Work to meet or exceed member engagement and enrollment goals.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Dallas, Texas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outreach, contact center, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive communication skills required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) preferred.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and adherence to patient information privacy requirements.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
