Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners and internal stakeholders to support partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone and email communications professionally and urgently.
  • Own partner issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and complete resolution.
  • Support partner onboarding and ongoing training through clear product and process presentations.
  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate solutions and improve the partner experience.
  • Provide dedicated support to Senior Living and Healthcare partners, including both enterprise and non-enterprise accounts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed while maintaining partner trust.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers, payers, installers, and internal teams as a liaison across the business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Confident presenter with experience conducting partner or client training.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple computer applications.
  • Bilingual skills in English plus Spanish or another language are a plus.
