Description

  • Generate revenue through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Associates to identify strategic targets and create opportunities.
  • Build and manage corporate partner relationships with Microsoft to drive revenue and mutual value.
  • Create joint target account strategies and marketing activities that support new business generation.
  • Research market signals and social media to identify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments and develop account plans for clients and prospects.
  • Build and present proposals that communicate the company’s value proposition to decision makers.
  • Develop statements of work and RFP responses that meet margin requirements.
  • Integrate client, prospect, and partner feedback to expand offerings within accounts.
  • Partner with PMO, Practice, and Client Account Managers to support successful implementations and high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant field experience.
  • Certification in CX-related Microsoft disciplines, or the ability and knowledge to become certified.
  • Experience working directly with Microsoft to support client conversations.
  • 5+ years of experience with relevant Microsoft technologies in a sales environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading bid and deal teams.
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with Microsoft across multiple commercial teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act with integrity and honesty.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts across all levels of an organization.
  • Consultative selling skills with a problem-solving, results-oriented mindset.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections while working independently and in teams.
