Description

  • Drive net-new revenue across Public Sector and Higher Education accounts in the Upper Midwest.
  • Qualify and convert hyperscaler-generated leads from AWS, Microsoft, and Google into active pipeline.
  • Build strategic relationships across campus buying centers, including campus police, enrollment operations, university IT, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Close mid-market opportunities typically ranging from $500K to $1M.
  • Collaborate with internal solution consultants and partner teams to position CX, CCaaS, AI, and cloud solutions.
  • Establish a repeatable Higher Education sales motion within the region.
  • Leverage Midwest relationships to expand into university systems and support selective city, county, or state-level engagements.
  • Manage pipeline development and stakeholder engagement across complex university ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, or Higher Education operational background with commercial aptitude.
  • Preferred experience in campus police departments, Higher Education IT, administrative functions, or enrollment operations.
  • Experience working with or selling alongside AWS, Microsoft, or Google.
  • Strong relationship-building and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex university environments and engage senior campus stakeholders.
  • Coachable, development-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and executive presence.
  • Sales instincts and stakeholder fluency; product knowledge can be trained.
  • Primary territory preference is Minnesota and Wisconsin, with Chicago, Detroit, or the broader North Midwest also acceptable.
  • This role is remote.
  • Experience in Public Sector or Higher Education sales is beneficial.
