Description

  • Own the ILM Professional Services practice end-to-end, including implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing managed services.
  • Drive services sales with the Account Executive team, including pipeline development, solution scoping, SOW and proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and lead the ILM professional services team, including hiring plans, performance standards, and career development paths for consultants, project managers, and SMEs.
  • Serve as the senior customer point of accountability by building executive relationships and overseeing implementations from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
  • Own the ILM services P&L, including delivery governance, resource utilization, revenue forecasting, margin performance, and escalation reporting.
  • Develop repeatable service offerings, implementation playbooks, and enablement assets to support consistent delivery.
  • Partner with Product to capture customer feedback and align service methodologies with product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Support to identify expansion opportunities and drive net revenue retention.
  • Represent Irth’s ILM practice at industry events and customer advisory boards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience accountable for services delivery and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of growing a services practice or book of business.
  • Experience with pre-sales, SOW development, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building and scaling professional services teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage a services P&L.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting strategy, delivery status, and business cases to both internal and customer executives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
