Description

  • Partner with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to define target accounts and priority industries.
  • Build and maintain structured target account lists aligned to AWS and TTEC growth areas.
  • Support joint account planning and outreach strategies.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar tools to identify and research decision-makers.
  • Develop contact-level insights to enable personalized outreach.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Support marketing programs including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Engage prospects to uncover business needs and align them to TTEC Digital’s AWS solutions.
  • Qualify opportunities and convert prospect engagement into meetings for field sellers.
  • Track activities and pipeline accurately in CRM and AWS tools.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or demand generation.
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or CX solutions, with AWS preferred.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative sales environment.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong organizational discipline.
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to outreach and pipeline management.
