Description

  • Identify, prioritize, and sign POS, LOS, and technology partners across the mortgage ecosystem.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to define and launch integrations that make Truv easy to adopt within partner platforms.
  • Build co-marketing, co-selling, and joint enablement programs that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Own partner relationships from initial outreach through launch, enablement, and ongoing growth.
  • Partner with Sales to support active deals and increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Establish the processes, agreements, and operating structure for a scalable partnership program.
  • Coordinate Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared partner goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Mortgage on ecosystem strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances in fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology.
  • Understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, especially POS and LOS platforms.
  • Track record of signing and activating partnerships that produced measurable pipeline or revenue.
  • Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners.
  • Comfort working closely with Product and Engineering on integration partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and program-management skills.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable building a function from scratch.
  • Existing relationships with mortgage POS/LOS or fintech platform partners is a plus.
  • Familiarity with verification workflows and consumer-permissioned data is a plus.
  • Experience with API/integration-based partnerships and marketplaces is a plus.
