Description

  • Translate marketing assets such as decks, launches, one-pagers, and campaigns into seller-ready sales narratives, pitch flows, and talk tracks.
  • Design and deliver training on sales psychology, discovery, objection handling, and MEDDIC-style qualification through live and asynchronous formats.
  • Own and continuously improve the enablement content library, Salesforce-linked playbooks, and onboarding tracks for new hires.
  • Help present and co-present weekly Sales Deep Dives to the global commercial team, covering product updates, competitive intelligence, customer stories, and narrative refreshes.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing on every launch to ensure sellers are prepared from day one.
  • Track enablement performance metrics such as ramp time, content usage, and win rate by play to improve future training cycles.
  • Join Account Executives on live customer calls and support seller-facing conversations as the role grows.
  • Present TrustYou’s story to prospects and run product demos alongside the sales team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, such as SDR/BDR or junior AE, and/or marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Completed studies in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in sales psychology and a desire to build a career in Sales Enablement.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
  • Strong presentation creation skills in Google Slides or PowerPoint and confident live delivery in front of internal groups.
  • Comfortable growing into customer-facing presentations and demos alongside Account Executives; presentation skill is non-negotiable.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
  • Business-level English.
  • Exposure to hospitality, travel, or guest experience software is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong, Clari, Highspot, or similar enablement tools is preferred.
  • A second European language such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
  • A good design eye and the ability to create professional-looking slides and one-pagers is preferred.
