Description

  • Serve as the primary business partner for a portfolio of 5–10 mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support long-term retention and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor omnichannel performance data across email, SMS, and voice to identify insights that improve engagement and liquidation rates.
  • Align client goals with TrueAccord capabilities and identify expansion opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets.
  • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and proactively flag performance trends.
  • Lead high-impact business reviews and present actionable performance insights to clients.
  • Act as the first line of defense for operational issues and coordinate resolutions with Legal, Product, and Engineering.
  • Lead new clients through the onboarding and integration process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital-first collections methodology and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate internally to influence product improvements and support client success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Client Management, Account Management, or Operations within Debt Collections or Default Management.
  • Ability to analyze data sets, identify trends, and summarize business health.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on operational targets and KPI-driven performance.
  • Professional communication skills and comfort discussing technical topics in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise partners or mid-to-large accounts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel performance metrics and collections-related operations is preferred.

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
