Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects, from outbound prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold outreach, social selling, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Qualify opportunities and uncover customer needs through discovery conversations.
  • Deliver product demos that clearly communicate value and address customer problems.
  • Manage opportunities through the pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and guide stakeholders through the buying process.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to support new business growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role as an Account Executive.
  • Experience managing opportunities across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
  • Comfortable delivering product demos and presenting to decision-makers.
  • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS startups or scaleups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for sales and other in-person events.
