Description

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and local media monitoring.
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand client advertising objectives and challenges.
  • Deliver tailored, scalable advertising solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on OTT/CTV trends, technologies, and best practices and provide consultative guidance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and update regional leadership on progress toward goals.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand the professional network.
  • Travel within the assigned region to develop new accounts and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or the media industry.
  • Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in the home market and/or dedicated region.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Strong self-management and ability to prioritize work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to identify opportunities and strategize solutions for clients.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to support long-term business success.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be located in the assigned territory to be considered.
