Description

  • Perform general day-to-day administrative and executive assistant duties.
  • Draft and submit Letters of Intent (LOIs) using existing company formats.
  • Manage and process documents through DocuSign.
  • Coordinate with utility companies to transfer services for newly acquired properties.
  • Handle posting management tasks.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative operations.
  • Support real estate documentation and communication as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or a similar BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes such as LOIs and MLS listings is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in document management platforms like DocuSign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
  • Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday in the US timezone.
  • A distraction-free work-from-home setup.
  • A laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM and an i5 processor.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
