Description

  • Own CEO follow-through, inbox and calendar management, research, project tracking, and special initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-department alignment, track commitments, unblock dependencies, and escalate slipping work.
  • Conduct market, competitor, platform, merchant, and GTM research and turn findings into concise strategic memos.
  • Evaluate partnerships and lead approved initiatives from initial discussion through launch across legal, product, engineering, client success, and marketing.
  • Support major merchant deals by ensuring commitments, onboarding, payments, campaigns, and implementation progress are delivered.
  • Build an internal company knowledge brain using CRM data, documentation, roadmap information, and meeting transcripts.
  • Design and improve AI agents for CEO strategy, project management, analytics, and company-wide insights.
  • Coach department heads to identify workflows for automation and build AI-native processes independently.
  • Evaluate proposed hires task by task and determine where AI automation can reduce or reshape staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive organization, accountability, and follow-through across departments.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents, automations, or internal tools used by real people.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern AI tools, including Claude or comparable agent platforms.
  • Excellent research, analytical, writing, and memo-building skills, with the ability to produce well-sourced analysis within 48 hours.
  • Comfort working autonomously in high-intensity, resource-constrained startup environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, challenge senior leaders respectfully, and collaborate with executives, partners, and major merchants.
  • Strong operational detail orientation and ability to turn strategic decisions into completed execution.
  • Experience as a founder, early-stage operator, chief of staff, or founder’s office leader at a scaling startup (preferred).
  • Experience running a DTC or direct-response ecommerce business (preferred).
  • Residence in South Florida or ability to travel there consistently (preferred).
