Description

  • Build and own NPS and CSAT data pipelines across key member touchpoints, including Sales, Onboarding, First Use of Service, and Cancellations.
  • Develop an early-warning retention model to identify at-risk accounts before churn occurs.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards to track NPS performance, including satisfaction trends for brokers and affiliates.
  • Own weekly performance tracking for all primary growth channels and provide visibility into sales pipeline health.
  • Manage CRM dashboards to identify opportunities to improve close rates toward the 10% target.
  • Monitor channel ramp-ups and report on month-over-month progress against growth targets.
  • Analyze high-volume call records to identify behavioral patterns, callback frequencies, and first call resolution trends.
  • Translate AI-assisted call tagging and intelligence-platform data into structured weekly leadership reports.
  • Deliver evidence-based reporting that amplifies member feedback and growth signals in leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in CX analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as ActiveCampaign or Salesforce and telecommunications data environments.
  • Ability to extract signals from complex, multi-source datasets and translate them into executive-level narratives.
  • Previous experience in the insurance, health benefits, or employee benefits sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday in U.S. time zones.
  • Must have a distraction-free home office setup.
  • Must have a laptop or desktop meeting minimum specifications of 8GB RAM and an i5 operating system.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps speed.
  • Dual monitors are a plus.
