Description

  • Manage ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, custom fields, and system health.
  • Design, configure, test, launch, and validate HR technology processes and enhancements end to end.
  • Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, finance, and core HR platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Lead HR systems and data projects, representing People Operations in cross-functional technical decisions.
  • Automate manual People Operations workflows using AI-assisted tools and measure improvements in effort and error rates.
  • Maintain SOX controls, audit evidence, access reviews, data governance, retention policies, and audit logs.
  • Build reports and executive dashboards, analyze People data, and provide actionable insights to Finance, Legal, and People leadership.
  • Document processes, create training materials, and improve HR team self-service capabilities.
  • Support employees and managers with system issues and own systems operations for enrollment, compensation, reorganizations, payroll close, and year-end processes.
  • Manage vendor performance, escalations, SLAs, and contract renewal tracking.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on expertise configuring and administering ADP Workforce Now, including workflows, reports, security roles, and integrations.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
  • Experience owning business process design from requirements through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch validation.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling, preferably with measurable results.
  • Strong data management skills, including custom reporting, data audits, quality controls, and governance.
  • Experience with SOX controls, audit compliance, and audit evidence preparation.
  • Project management skills, including prioritizing high request volumes and communicating status effectively.
  • Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action in fast-changing environments.
