Description

  • Research and qualify potential artist leads based on social engagement rates and upcoming tour schedules.
  • Draft and send personalized outreach emails to prospective artist partners.
  • Review and verify artist tour schedules to support timely follow-up communication.
  • Support the partnership team in managing the artist pipeline and tracking lead progress.
  • Identify new leads and partnership opportunities to help grow the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and responses to improve scalability.
  • Use proven templates and best practices to support consistent outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or research.
  • Previous experience in the music industry or working with artists is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of social media engagement and the role of tour schedules in partnership outreach.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different artist profiles.
  • Comfortable working with outreach tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to research and analyze artist profiles and engagement metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in tracking and follow-up.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the role.
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
