Description

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce instance, including users, permissions, fields, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Generate weekly reports on pipeline generation, deals won and lost, sales forecasts, and ad hoc cross-functional requests.
  • Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as the primary lead for the Sales Operations team and work closely with Salesforce engineers on new features and functions.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through audits and data cleanup.
  • Provide analytical insight to help drive business actions and decisions.
  • Support internal functions including Sales, Consultant Relations, Marketing, Product, and Solution leaders.
  • Operate with autonomy, speed, and proactiveness in a lean team environment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience supporting an external go-to-market team.
  • Proven experience supporting B2B organizations, ideally in the digital health space.
  • Deep knowledge and experience working in Salesforce, including reporting, data synthesis, and regular organizational updates.
  • Experience interfacing with AI tools and using internal products alongside Salesforce and other systems to speed insight creation and reduce admin burden.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across multiple business units with varying data and reporting needs.
  • Expertise with Tableau to produce reports, dashboards, and live data views.
  • Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment with autonomy and proactiveness.
  • Experience collaborating with Salesforce engineers on feature and function development is preferred.
