Description

  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to engage eligible members.
  • Drive member activation and enrollment by clearly positioning the value and benefits of Transcarent and 2nd.MD services.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand member needs, address concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Collect relevant health and background information and route members to appropriate clinical resources.
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust to influence member decision-making.
  • Manage follow-up activities to re-engage members and close enrollment opportunities.
  • Accurately document conversations, outcomes, and next steps in internal systems.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with an integrated care team to support timely care coordination.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team engagement and enrollment targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound calling.
  • Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills.
  • Comfort working toward individual performance targets.
  • Available to work Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
  • Start date of June 8th.
  • Remote, full-time availability.
  • Experience in inside sales (preferred).
