Description

  • Serve as the sole Salesforce administrator, managing user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation for GTM teams.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues, data inconsistencies, and system errors independently.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Assess CRM efficiency and recommend improvements to increase productivity and data accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DealHub, HubSpot, and Workato.
  • Own API connections, data syncs, and automation workflows to ensure reliable data flow across platforms.
  • Identify manual processes and implement automated workflows to support Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and territory management processes.
  • Maintain data integrity through validation, deduplication, and enrichment strategies.
  • Provide training, documentation, and enablement support for internal users and act as the liaison with external vendors when needed.
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and related tools to improve GTM productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proven ability to work independently as the sole systems administrator for a growing GTM organization.
  • Experience integrating and managing GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead, DealHub, HubSpot, and Workato.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, sales processes, opportunity management, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Process Builder for workflow automation.
  • Experience with AI-enabled CRM capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or similar AI/automation tools.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, AI workflow orchestration, or low-code AI tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data manipulation; Excel and Google Sheets required, SQL is a plus.
  • English fluency required; French fluency is a plus.
