Description

  • Work across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales to understand and improve how GTM work gets done.
  • Turn raw GTM inputs such as executive conversations, Gong calls, product content, ROI models, and deal insights into structured, reusable systems.
  • Design, build, and roll out internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products that increase GTM team output.
  • Own internal products end to end, from discovery and specification through build, launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Talk with internal users such as AEs, SDRs, AMs, and marketers to gather needs and refine solutions based on usage data.
  • Build no-code, low-code, and lightweight code workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, N8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, scripts, and AI agents.
  • Create systems that convert webinars and executive interviews into multichannel GTM assets and structured insights.
  • Develop a GTM intelligence layer that surfaces account intelligence, usage signals, deal blockers, and other actionable information in real time.
  • Design experiments, instrument them, and measure impact on GTM metrics such as top-of-funnel reach, personalization, speed to lead, conversion, productivity, cycle time, and pipeline coverage.
  • Expand support into areas such as events, webinars, ABM motions, paid and owned channels, product marketing, partnerships, sales playbook automation, and forecasting workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales teams.
  • Strong first-principles thinking and a builder mindset for creating internal tools and workflows.
  • Comfort designing systems from messy, high-volume information and turning them into repeatable, measurable processes.
  • Experience or strong interest in no-code, low-code, light-code, and AI-enabled tooling such as Zapier, Make, N8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, scripts, or AI agents.
  • Ability to work with data from Salesforce, Gong, Notion, analytics tools, spreadsheets, and content repositories.
  • Ability to define metrics, instrument experiments, and prove business impact with real numbers.
  • Comfort operating scrappily and iterating quickly without needing perfect inputs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate needs between SDRs, AEs, AMs, and executive stakeholders.
  • Creative, self-directed experimentation mindset with willingness to test ideas quickly and learn from failure.
