Description

  • Build and manage a targeted portfolio of CMET accounts with a focus on net new logo acquisition and multi-tower expansion.
  • Generate pipeline from scratch, prospect enterprise organizations, and close initial engagements.
  • Grow landed accounts into broader partnerships across multiple business units, service lines, and senior executive relationships.
  • Lead consultative, strategic client conversations at the C-suite level and align solutions to evolving business priorities.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
  • Partner with pre-sales experts and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, account strategy, and portfolio growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and work with procurement and legal teams on complex service agreements.
  • Contribute to team rituals, best practice sharing, and win/loss reviews.
  • Mentor new team members and help them grow their territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, or professional services.
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition.
  • Deep experience engaging C-suite and senior executives at Communications, Media & Entertainment, and/or Technology companies.
  • Experience working with CIO, CTO, CDO, and CMO stakeholders.
  • Understanding of CMET sector dynamics, including digital transformation, telco modernization, streaming and OTT platforms, and enterprise technology adoption.
  • Familiarity with AI and GenAI use cases relevant to CMET clients.
  • Experience with consultative, service-oriented, or outcome-based selling.
  • Exposure to hybrid talent models or alternative consulting delivery models.
  • Proven success landing and expanding enterprise clients with $250M–$5B+ in annual revenue.
  • Experience building account plans and sustaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Experience running virtual and on-site sales calls and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments.
  • Regular or periodic travel is required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. at time of hire; no visa sponsorship or assistance provided.
