Description

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows to automate complex business processes such as intelligent routing, proactive customer service, and dynamic workflow adjustments.
  • Integrate AI/ML models, including Einstein GPT, external LLMs, and custom models, with Salesforce to support predictive analytics, personalization, and decision-making.
  • Mentor Salesforce developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for SDLC and maintainable code.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
  • Manage release cycles, deployment processes, and platform governance using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Copado.
  • Maintain platform health, security, and governance standards across Salesforce implementations.
  • Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and AI/agentic technology trends to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
  • Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
  • Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect certification is highly preferred.
  • Expert proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and advanced Salesforce configuration.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware such as Workato or MuleSoft.
  • Direct experience developing or integrating AI-driven features such as natural language processing, machine learning models, or autonomous systems within Salesforce.
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and management in large-scale Salesforce environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and their AI services is preferred.
  • A portfolio or demonstrated history of open-source contributions or speaking engagements on Salesforce, AI, or agentic systems is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $113,000-$181,000 USD for Zone A, $98,000-$157,000 USD for Zone B, and $88,000-$141,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Total rewards package includes cash compensation such as overtime and eligible bonus/commissions.
