Description

  • Architect and code high-performance backend services and machine learning pipelines in a hands-on role.
  • Build and prototype new internal products from scratch using LLMs and agentic AI.
  • Design and implement machine learning models that deliver real-time recommendations to sales users.
  • Develop the backend integration between the custom quoting engine, Salesforce, and internal data lakes.
  • Solve complex synchronization and architecture challenges across the go-to-market stack.
  • Drive engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, and strong technical standards.
  • Turn high-level product goals into sequenced, production-ready code with broad impact.
  • Build flexible, decoupled backend systems that can adapt to changing AI strategy and product needs.
  • Add deep observability to services to improve reliability of go-to-market tools.
  • Mentor and model best practices for SE1-SE3 engineers on the team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
  • Track record of building complex, distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Experience building with LLMs, such as LangChain, RAG architectures, or model fine-tuning.
  • Experience with complex enterprise software or deep integration with custom quoting engines or CRM internals.
  • Experience with Salesforce Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage data flow across disparate systems with high integrity.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience building internal sales tech or fintech tools that directly impact revenue, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS data services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and SQS, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $230,000-$368,000 USD for Zone A, $200,000-$320,000 USD for Zone B, and $180,000-$288,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Additional total rewards may include cash compensation such as overtime and eligible bonus or commissions.
