Description

Set up and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premise and online environments, including system settings, security roles, and data integrations.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, and process automation in Dynamics 365.
Develop custom CRM plugins and perform form customizations using JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose CRM-based solutions.
Support workshops and solution reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related incidents and technical issues with remote R&D teams.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems through WebAPI and SFTP.
Apply authentication, authorization, encryption, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices in CRM deployments.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM plugin development and form customization.
Experience configuring both on-premise and online Dynamics 365 workflows.
Front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Solid database knowledge, including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with WebAPI standards, security protocols, and integration techniques.
Experience with SFTP-based system integration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in CRM environments.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
