Description

  • Coach engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, office hours, and cohorts to improve AI-assisted development practices.
  • Capture proven AI workflows and share them through guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an internal knowledge base.
  • Build and ship internal AI integrations and reusable tooling from prototype to production, including auth, access control, security review, and CI/CD.
  • Stand up and support a network of AI champions to scale enablement across teams.
  • Identify adoption blockers, aggregate recurring issues, and escalate systemic problems to leadership.
  • Evaluate AI tools, models, and integrations and provide actionable recommendations based on structured testing.
  • Define and track adoption and productivity metrics, and build dashboards to measure usage, output, and quality.
  • Partner with security/compliance and GTM teams to support safe adoption and feed field needs back into the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience shipping in a product-driven environment as a senior, hands-on engineer.
  • Strong full-stack background with proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and working knowledge of relational and document databases.
  • Deep hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
  • Proven experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently.
  • Experience building integrations against third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols such as MCP.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI building blocks, including LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows, and AI/tooling security.
  • Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills for engineers at different levels.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence without authority across IT, DevOps, security, and GTM.
  • Comfort working autonomously on ambiguous problems and turning feedback into prioritized action.
  • C1-level English proficiency for written and verbal technical communication.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki is a plus.
  • Experience deploying on edge or serverless compute is a plus.
  • Experience building or operating an internal plugin/package registry or marketplace is a plus.
  • Prior developer-experience, developer-advocacy, or internal-tooling experience is a plus.
  • Experience running technical workshops, hackathons, or enablement programs at scale is a plus.
