Description

  • Own end-to-end partner operations processes across onboarding, enablement, deal registration, reporting, and ongoing partner management.
  • Manage partner systems and tooling, including PRM platforms, Salesforce objects and workflows, data integrations, and enablement tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align processes, clarify responsibilities, and improve partner-focused execution.
  • Build analytics infrastructure to track, analyze, and report on partner activity and ecosystem performance.
  • Maintain clean and reliable partner data, establish governance standards, and promote best practices across internal teams.
  • Identify friction points in the partner ecosystem and implement process, system, or workflow improvements.
  • Streamline workflows to improve clarity, consistency, efficiency, and scalability for partners and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partner operations, revenue operations, go-to-market operations, or a similar role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel, technology, or cloud models, and the workflows that support them.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, PRM tools, reporting platforms, and enablement systems.
  • Experience designing, documenting, and optimizing complex cross-functional processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building data frameworks, reporting infrastructure, and business intelligence outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate operational complexity into actionable guidance.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available at this time.
