Description

  • Contact, engage, and manage small business customers through the application process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners.
  • Articulate Tide’s Funding Options proposition and service clearly to customers and stakeholders.
  • Prospect outbound leads from the CRM and work closely with the Lead Generation team.
  • Advise customers on available finance options across multiple business finance product classes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect records in Salesforce.
  • Monitor trends and enrich customer profile data in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on industry trends, the market, and the competition.
  • Share customer stories and successes with the wider organisation through internal communication channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial finance or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Experience in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail, determination, and drive.
  • High level of customer service focus.
  • Highly organised and analytical, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
  • Self-starter who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution.
