Description

  • Support and execute end-to-end event plans for conferences, workshops, partner summits, and client meetings.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate event operations from planning through execution.
  • Build and improve AI-supported workflows for event planning, communications, budget tracking, vendor evaluation, attendee management, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Partnership leadership to align events with strategic goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Document prompts, workflows, automations, and lessons learned, and share best practices with cross-functional partners.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and supplier contracts to deliver high-quality events within budget.
  • Work with marketing to promote events, create content, and communicate effectively with attendees.
  • Collect and analyze post-event data to measure ROI and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate event logistics including registration, travel, accommodations, staffing, programming, content, and exhibition materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in event management, event operations, travel support, event-related customer support, and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of the sales and success industry and experience coordinating sales-related events.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with Google Workspace tools including Slides, Forms, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with tools and systems such as Jira, Concur, Coupa, Ironclad, and Slack.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth tech company with distributed teams.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms and technologies.
  • Experience working in a marketplace business or with B2B partnerships.
  • Certifications related to event planning or project management are preferred.
