Description

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners across the MENA region.
  • Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
  • Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve ecosystem efficiency.
  • Identify and prevent risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, and non-compliant traffic sources.
  • Maintain market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends.
  • Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development.

Requirements

  • Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or related financial industries.
  • Experience with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
  • Background in affiliate marketing, key account management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends.
  • Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
  • Patient, stable, and long-term relationship-oriented mindset.
  • Strong service mindset and partnership mentality.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trading or quantitative trading background is a nice to have.
  • Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence is a nice to have.
  • Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems is a nice to have.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
