Description

  • Lead the partnership function and oversee relationships with strategic vendors, technology providers, and business partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies that support product and operational objectives.
  • Manage key commercial relationships and maintain long-term engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
  • Optimize partner performance and track the value generated from external collaborations.
  • Build scalable partnership management processes and operating frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
  • Support the company’s international growth through effective partnership execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Vendor Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related function.
  • Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or another technology-driven industry is obligatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Extensive practical experience negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
