Description

  • Source and qualify outbound sales opportunities for client accounts.
  • Schedule new customer demos and meetings to support pipeline generation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for clients’ account executives.
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity targets.
  • Support fast-growth companies with business development intelligence.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of the company’s systems, sales industry trends, and competition.
  • Participate in the hiring process, including interviews and a cold call test, as part of onboarding expectations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education.
  • No prior sales experience is necessary.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills.
  • A positive attitude and a self-starter mindset.
  • Hardworking with a track record of success and achievement.
  • Passion for innovation and technology.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Reliable internet access and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.
  • Experience with sales or cold calling is a plus, as candidates will complete a cold call test during the interview process.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD 40,000 to 60,000 per year.
  • Additional CAD 10,000 to 20,000 in commissions.
