Description

  • Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews and keep relevant stakeholders informed to ensure smooth day-to-day recruiting operations.
  • Support active sourcing to identify suitable talent for open roles.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure information is documented accurately and processes are tracked reliably.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • First practical experience in talent acquisition or a comparable environment.
  • Structured working style with the ability to stay organized across multiple parallel topics and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to take responsibility and drive topics independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn new topics, tools, and processes and enjoy continuous learning.
  • Confident and professional communication skills in German and English.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting flexibly to change.
  • Junior to intermediate level profile.
  • Remote work within Germany.
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week.
