Description

  • Own the full hiring strategy and recruitment process for Field Operations roles, including Field Management, Maintenance Technicians, Dispatchers, and Utility Associates.
  • Build scalable and efficient hiring processes for high-volume field roles across the U.S.
  • Develop creative sourcing and outreach strategies for niche markets and local candidate communities.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and local leaders to understand hiring goals and shape an effective recruiting process.
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through application review, interview coordination, and candidate assessment.
  • Run fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that create a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Analyze pipeline trends, identify hiring patterns, and recommend process improvements to recruiting teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on field recruiting and champion Via’s hiring philosophy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Strong preference for experience with high-volume frontline, hourly, or shift-based recruiting.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring creative solutions to traditional problems.
  • Strong judgment and thoughtful problem-solving skills in complex, evolving environments.
  • Curious, collaborative, and comfortable contributing ideas as well as executing.
  • Steady, optimistic, and solution-oriented approach when working with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Responsive and able to navigate changing business needs and priorities.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
  • Equity or variable pay may be included where applicable.
  • Final compensation is based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
