Description

  • Develop and maintain revenue and GTM dashboards spanning marketing, sales, renewals, and expansion to provide a single source of truth for metrics and performance.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance tracking across the full revenue funnel and communicate insights to leadership and boards.
  • Own marketing operations across TCP and portfolio companies, including campaign measurement, funnel analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking.
  • Build and maintain lead lifecycle definitions, MQL/SQL frameworks, and handoff processes between marketing and sales to improve conversion and pipeline health.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to translate growth strategy into execution plans, dashboards, and KPIs, and support go-to-market motion design (inbound, outbound, PLG where applicable).
  • Own or support administration and optimization of core GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, reporting tools) and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Design scalable RevOps processes and playbooks that can be deployed post-acquisition and across multiple portfolio companies.
  • Identify tooling, data quality, or process gaps and implement practical solutions that enable metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic cross-functional partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and investment teams to support diligence, post-close integration, and GTM maturity assessments.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Analytics.
  • Strong background supporting B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business models.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (examples: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proven ability to build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and communicate insights to executives and investment teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, lean environments with high ownership.
  • Preferred: experience working with private equity–backed companies or supporting multiple business units.
  • Preferred: exposure to M&A, diligence, or post-acquisition integration work.
  • Preferred: experience supporting both new logo acquisition and expansion/retention motions.
  • Preferred: SQL, BI tools, or advanced analytics experience (plus).
