Description

  • Set the strategic direction, operating model, governance, and annual delivery roadmap for SCADA projects.
  • Own delivery of a portfolio of complex SCADA engagements from booking through completion and manage executive customer relationships.
  • Connect delivery operations with Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and other functions.
  • Lead, develop, hire, and resource a global team of managers, project managers, coordinators, and analysts.
  • Own the SCADA project management playbook and standardize readiness reviews, FAT preparation, tracking, and delivery processes.
  • Manage the project delivery technology stack, including Cora, NetSuite, and Arena, and improve visibility through automation, AI, and KPI dashboards.
  • Manage SCADA program P&L, including margins, profitability, revenue recognition, resource utilization, budgeting, forecasting, and spend control.
  • Partner with Sales and Legal on deal reviews, contract negotiations, commercial accountability, and account expansion.
  • Track portfolio schedules, provide bi-weekly program reporting, and address customer survey outcomes.
  • Identify operational risks and scaling challenges, then develop mitigation, growth, and organizational strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, energy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project or operations management experience in solar, renewable energy, heavy construction, energy, or a related field; SCADA experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of people leadership, including management of managers or cross-functional, remote, and international teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling delivery organizations.
  • Financial and commercial expertise, including ROI analysis, budgeting, and cost/pricing models.
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships, negotiating MSAs, and delivering against scope and SLA commitments.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or PLM systems such as NetSuite or Arena, plus tools including JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment and travel up to 25%, primarily to U.S. project sites.
  • Master’s degree and PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred; experience with SCADA systems, grid controllers, and Met stations is a plus.
