Description

  • Lead major product and platform programmes from strategy and planning through measurable outcomes.
  • Define programme roadmaps, milestones, priorities, trade-offs, critical paths, and risk mitigations.
  • Coordinate cross-collective programmes spanning Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and leadership teams.
  • Manage dependencies, delivery sequencing, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive decision-making, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Lead programmes involving AI-powered customer support, operational tooling, platforms, and processes.
  • Build partnerships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Drive organisational change and adoption by considering impacts on people, processes, and technology.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness across the relevant collective or business area.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing complex technology programmes or products from inception to launch.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create clarity for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or in a global business environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, constructively challenge others, and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to simplify complex work while preserving important details.
  • Understanding of how products and platforms combine to deliver user value.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks and drive technical solutions.
  • Comfort using data to make decisions in complex situations with no obvious right answer.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders, resolving disagreements, and building alignment.
  • Experience leading organisation-wide change and supporting adoption, not only delivery.
