Description

  • Lead client onboarding calls and confirm measurement scope, deliverables, and service expectations.
  • Coordinate onboarding workbooks, setup tickets, technical questions, and Solutions Engineering support.
  • Build and maintain custom audiences, creative fingerprinting, metadata mappings, and other platform configurations.
  • Manage pixel QA, discrepancy checks, JIRA tickets, and escalations affecting client delivery or revenue risk.
  • Build and deliver contracted dashboard reports and reporting decks in partnership with Account Management.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, report failures, access issues, and known product limitations.
  • Support recurring Office Hours and quarterly Account Reviews.
  • Provide billing-reporting input, account-tracker updates, and context for product or revenue-risk escalations.
  • Monitor account plans, renewals, and upsell opportunities to identify risks and growth signals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical account management, preferably in ad tech, media measurement, or a data-driven industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tickets, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience with data platforms, ticketing systems such as JIRA, pixels, tags, and data mapping.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Proactive, QA-focused approach to building repeatable and scalable delivery processes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and escalate client needs or risks appropriately.
  • Experience with pixel or tag implementation, ad serving platforms, or digital audience measurement preferred.
  • Familiarity with CTV, cross-screen, or walled-garden measurement preferred.
