Description

  • Manage the operating rhythm for the go-to-market organization to help Sales move faster with fewer blockers.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Operations leadership on deal execution and planning.
  • Coordinate customer escalations, contract redlines, and other execution blockers with urgency and judgment.
  • Support deal logistics, order readiness, quoting, and fulfillment-related coordination.
  • Review commercial terms at a high level before Legal engagement and help route issues appropriately.
  • Improve day-to-day execution by building scalable processes and operational structures.
  • Support forecast activities, compliance coordination, S&OP participation, and sales incentive plan reconciliation.
  • Strengthen CRM-driven operational rigor and help maintain clean deal governance.
  • Shape planning, process, and operating cadence with Sales leadership and adjacent business functions.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related B2B go-to-market function.
  • Experience managing customer escalations, deal logistics, and order readiness in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Comfort reviewing commercial terms at a high level before Legal engagement.
  • Experience partnering closely with Legal and Finance to keep deals moving.
  • Familiarity with forecast support, compliance coordination, S&OP participation, sales incentive plan reconciliation, and CRM-driven operational rigor.
  • Remote, U.S.-based role.
  • Ability to be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology, subject to export law and possible citizenship/permanent residency or license requirements.
  • Candidates may be assessed for different experience levels during the interview process, with offers aligned accordingly.
