Description

  • Own new business acquisition and close sales within assigned geographic territories.
  • Prospect actively and aggressively for new customers using phone, email, events, and conferences.
  • Lead in-person and virtual product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies and track prospect touchpoint cadences.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, including C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to align pipeline and acquisition strategy.
  • Create outbound email campaigns using CRM software and analyze campaign results.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and business plans.
  • Travel frequently to prospect, network, and advance sales opportunities within the territory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 7+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
  • 7+ years of experience researching, qualifying, and converting sales leads through targeted searches and queries.
  • Experience selling to and presenting to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles with consistent revenue growth against quarterly plans and forecasts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another business-related major preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience delivering virtual and in-person product demonstrations via WebEx, Zoom, or similar tools preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to ask for the order at the right time.
  • Understanding of customers’ needs within complex buying organizations.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Utah or Idaho.
